Privacy policy: Audienzes connectors for AI assistants

This policy covers the Audienzes, Audienzes Pro and Audienzes B2B connectors for ChatGPT, Claude and Microsoft Copilot. Last updated 14 October 2026.

Who is responsible

The data controller is Audienzes Denmark, Nørrebrogade 32C, Denmark (CVR 33278780). Contact: [email protected]. Our general privacy policy at audienzes.com/privacy covers our other services.

Categories of data, purposes and retention

Audienzes offers connectors that let you use our tools from an AI assistant such as ChatGPT, Claude or Microsoft Copilot (Audienzes, Audienzes Pro and Audienzes B2B). This section explains what happens to data when you do. It applies in addition to the rest of this policy.

What we receive. When your assistant calls one of our tools, we receive the request the assistant makes: the tool name and its arguments, for example an ad account ID, a date range, an audience definition (such as "women 25 to 34 in Denmark interested in running") or a brand name. We do not receive your conversation history, and our tools do not ask for it. We also receive your Audienzes account details (name, email, plan) to identify you, and the technical details of the call (time, IP address) for security and rate limiting.

Connecting your accounts. To read your own campaigns you sign in to Audienzes and connect an ad account (for example Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, Spotify, Amazon Ads or X Ads). You see the permissions requested before you approve them, and the connection is read only. The assistant receives an access key that works only with our connector. It never receives your ad platform credentials, which stay on our servers. We do not ask you to type passwords into the assistant.

What we read and what we keep.

  • Campaign data: when you ask, we read campaign names, status and performance from your connected ad account and return the result to your assistant. We do not store the performance data we return.
  • Audience measurements: audience tools return percentages and indices for an audience definition. Each platform lookup is cached and logged (platform, audience definition, country, returned value, time) for 3 months. These records describe the audience definition and are not linked to you or to your user ID.
  • Plans and limits: we store your plan, any expiry date and your hourly call limit. Call counters are kept for one hour.
  • Long running analyses: the result of an analysis is kept for 24 hours and then deleted. It is available only to the user who started it.
  • Learned vocabulary: when a request reveals a new interest category on a platform, we save its name and platform identifier so later requests can reuse it. This contains no personal data.
  • Connection records: your Audienzes account and your connected ad account credentials are kept while your account is active, stored on our servers with restricted access, and removed when you disconnect the account or delete your Audienzes account.

Who receives data.

  • Your AI assistant provider (OpenAI, Anthropic or Microsoft) receives the results our tools return, under that provider's own terms and privacy policy. Please check what your assistant provider does with them.
  • The ad platforms you connect receive our read requests on your behalf. Audience lookups sent to ad platforms contain only the audience definition, not personal data.
  • Some tools use a large language model from Anthropic (Claude) to draft briefs or read public ads. For this we send only the text needed for the task, for example your audience definition or a public ad, and never your account details or credentials.
  • Some tools read the public advertising transparency libraries of Meta, Google, TikTok and LinkedIn, searching by advertiser name.
  • Our hosting and infrastructure processors that host our servers.
  • We do not sell your data and do not pass data from these connectors to advertising networks or data brokers.

What we do not collect. We do not collect payment card data, health data, government identifiers or other special category data through these connectors. Audience interests such as sports or music are advertising categories, not health records. Audience tools return percentages and indices; Audienzes B2B also returns rounded LinkedIn member counts for company segments, never individual people. The B2B figures are LinkedIn member counts from Audienzes' own base and do not require an ad account.

Your controls. You can disconnect an ad account or an assistant at any time from your Audienzes connection page at audienzes.com/mcp/setup, or from the settings of your AI assistant, which stops further reads. You can also revoke our access in the ad platform's own app permissions. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or to remove your account, by writing to [email protected]. We answer within one month.

Security. All connector traffic uses HTTPS. Access keys for the connector are short lived, valid only for our connector and checked on every call. Each user can reach only their own accounts, analyses and results. Calls are rate limited per user. Language model tools run without access to files, networks or other tools.

Children. These connectors are made for businesses and advertisers. They are not directed at anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes. If we change what these connectors collect, we will update this section and its date before the change takes effect.

Why we may process it

We process account and connection data to provide the connector you asked for (our contract with you, or our legitimate interest in serving the business that gave you access), and technical data to keep the service secure and within fair use (legitimate interest).

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, a copy in a portable format, or object to processing, by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet, datatilsynet.dk).

International transfers

Our servers are in the European Union. When you use an assistant from OpenAI, Anthropic or Microsoft, the results you request are delivered to that provider, which may process them in the United States under its own terms and safeguards.
